All full priced items can be returned within 14 days of purchase (21 days for International orders) for a store credit only.
Please email us prior to sending back your return. The “return request” must be approved before the garment can be sent back. You will need to email us first at email@example.com
Once the “return request” has been authorised via email, please send the garment back to the below address. Please include a copy of your invoice in return.

The items must:
1. Be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all original tags still attached
2. Not have any makeup or smell of perfume/deodorant
3. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We will not be responsible for lost returns
4. We will respond to your return request within 24 hours
5. The refund option should only be selected if your garment is faulty
We ship worldwide via Australia Post.
Orders placed within Australia before 12pm(noon) Mon-Fri will be sent on the same day via Australian Post, any orders after 12pm will be sent the next business day.
All orders within Australia will receive a tracking number, for this you must supply your email address to which you will have your tracking number sent to. You can click on the link in the order at anytime to track where your parcel is.
International orders do not always have a tracking number, however you will be advised once your order has been fulfilled.
